Day 28 (78.4 kg - 20.5% Body Fat)

Weight and Body Fat
Great! 78.4 kg, so I seem to be safely below 80 kg. I only have to lower my body fat.

Breakfast & lunch
I have read that in Australia there is a person that lives without eating. And I start thinking this could be true... My body deosn't seem to demand food anymore. Or I have developed the capability of turning Coke light into energy ;-)

To make it short: I skipped breakfast and lunch. Which was not too hard because I slept most of the time, recovering from 3 nights without sleep.

Lunch
Even in the evening I did not feel a need for food. But I thought I'd better have something before the McDonald's closed. I didn't want to make it a calorie bomb like yesterday's McFlurry again, so I just had 9 FishMcDippers (399 kcal).

I've developed the following theory: It is said that if you diet, your body will adapt to the food shortage by making better use of the food, which somewhat goes against your dieting goal. So - as I need now only need few calories at all, I think it can't be wrong to signal to my body that there's no shortage of food, so it can safely make use of the fat reserves.

I bought 6 Chicken McNuggest to have something in store just in case I'd get hungry later.

Later, I ran 12 km, consuming one bottle of Gatorade (150 kcal).

Calories
So today I reached a new calorie low with only 549 kcal!
