Weight and Body Fat
National Day in Singapore! And a big day for me, too: Only 79.1 kg
weight and 16.5% body fat! This would mean I'v lost 4.6 kg of weight
and 7.5 kg of body fat since I started my McDiet. But somehow I
expect that on one of the next days the figures will go up again.
Breakfast and lunch
Again, I did not get sleep at night, because I was installing
another PC... So I took my weight in the morning and then went to
bed. I skipped breakfast and lunch.
Dinner
Without breakfast and lunch, I could have had anything for dinner! (Probably,
it was this what got me so excited that I forgot to ask for my
receipt.)
Eventually, I had a Big
& Tasty with large fries. Mmmh, the fries were really delicious.
It seems they even taste better if you have a large portion instead
of a small one ;-) As it was National Day, I also had 3 bags of
Garlic Chili Ketchup. I'll give them 70 calories altogether.
Calories
So today I had about 1.100 kcal.

I've received some nice emails regarding this project. I'm glad to
see that not everybody seems to blame McDonald's for obesity. Thank
you everybody!
