Weight and Body Fat
I worked the whole night without getting any sleep. Installing
software and reading. And drinking water and Coke light. So when I
stepped on the scale this morning, I was a little heavier than
normal. But my body fat percentage was nicely low: only 17%!
Breakfast
Though I didn't feel very powerful this morning, I felt it was time
for running again, after two days without. First, I felt really weak
and tired, but then I improved my mental state and it was ok. I ran
12 km. I had one bottle (24 oz) of Gatorade during this.
I wasn't sure how long
they have the breakfast at my McDonald's (10 or 11), so when I got
home I only took a quick shower and moved to "my"
McDonald's. After one night without sleep and 12 km running, the 380
meters seemed to be MUCH longer...
I had the Big Breakfast,
with two creamers and two sugar stickpacks.
Lunch
As I had the Big Breakfast, today I skipped lunch.
Dinner
As I started the day with a Gatorade and a Big Breakfast, I couldn't
have too much this evening, if I didn't want to exceed 1.500
calories. But A Big & tasty was sufficient.

I had 1.347 kcal today.
