Day 22 (80.5 kg - 18.0% Body Fat)

Weight and Body Fat
Slightly more weight than yesterday, but surely within the normal variation. I like the body fat percentage: 18%. Coming from 24.5% three weks ago, I find that very ok.

Breakfast
This night, I couldn't sleep. Then, I felt the need to run. Here in Singapore, it's more convenient to run at night, because it's cooler and the sun doesn't burn you. As I felt hungry already, I decided to take Gatorade with me this time instead of water. As Gatorade is sold in the US McDonald's, I consider it a McDonald's product. Interestingly, one bottle (24 oz) has only 150 kcal. That's less than the Apple Pies I tried before to "energize" me for running.

Running was great, and the Gatorade seemed to make a difference. But the cooler temperature cartainly also mattered. I ran 11 km.

Now the most interesting thing: Even with my midnight run I didn't feel like having breakfast.

Lunch
Even for lunch I went only at a quarter to three. And I only had a Cheeseburger Deluxe with small fries.

Dinner
This evening, I went for a seminar preview. Man, the room was so cold, I felt like a deep frozen hamburger pattie! The preview was scheduled to end at 9, but the guy talked and talked, while I realized that if I couldn't find an open McDonald's after the preview, I would have to starve the whole night. When he hadn't finished at 9.45, I left. Outside, I noticed that water condensed on my PDA, so %&$@* cold was it in the seminar room!

I reached the McDonald's at Hougang Central at 10.30 and could get my dinner right before they turned off the lights... I had a Big & Tasty with small fries.

Calories
Once again, with 1.475 calories I could stay below 1.500 :-)
