Day 21 (80.3 kg - 19.5% Body Fat)

Weight and Body Fat
Ha! Almost 80 kg! And less than 20% body fat! That's great! But, of course, it's what one has to expect if one eats less calories than one burns. No matter if fast food or slow food - or even vegan food...

Breakfast
I ran 5 km and still did not feel like having breakfast...

Lunch
I only had a Big & Tasty for lunch. Today I tried the "Eat two premium burgers only and stay far below 1.500 calories" approach.

Dinner
Following my approach, I had only a Quarter Pounder with Cheese for dinner. I took 6 Chicken McNuggets home - to be prepared.

It turned out that I worked long, so I gave up my approach and had the McNuggets one by one.

Later, I even ate the Apple Pie I had kept in my fridge for some days. 

Calories
All this totals 1.660 calories - over along day.
