Day 20 (80.8 kg - 22.0% Body Fat)

Weight and Body Fat
Strange! My weight is up again, and so is the body fat. But then again - even though my weight went up slightly for 3 consecutive days, I only gained 0.5 kg during these days. But I find it still strage, as I had only about 1.000 kcal yesterday...

Breakfast
I ran 5 km and skipped the breakfast...

Lunch
I had a McSpicy Double with small fries. As it seems I only need two meals per day, I have the premium burgers now instead of the small ones.

Dinner
I had a Big & Tasty for dinner. Later, I had a Low Fat Strawberry Yoghurt. Even later, a coffe with creamer and sugar.

Calories
This totals 1.492 kcal. Still below 1.500!

PS
Today I got an email from Woody. He's a Texan who also went on a McDonald's diet after hearing about Spurlock's movie. But as a Texan, he did not only do it for 30 days - he did it for 90 days! He's got a theory that it is not the food that makes you fat, but the sodas. I find that quite plausible. I mean, I also do not drink sugar sodas since years - because I experienced the negative effects years ago. And if one has the sugar sodas, there are not many calories left for eating, if one does not want to exceed the daily recommendation. Actually, I find artificial sweeteners are the easiest and most convenient way of saving calories. I only use sugar from time to time here in Singapore because often they don't have sweetener. By the way - the only other geographical region I know, where it is so hard to find diet drinks or sweetener, is Bavaria!

Currently,
I cannot find
the receipts
for this day...
