Weight and Body Fat
Again, slightly more weight than yesterday, but the body fat
decreased nicely. If the figure is correct, I have lost 4.6 kg of
body fat in less than three weeks! With McDonald's food only!
Breakfast
I ran 11 km and still felt no need for breakfast.
In the early afternoon,
I had two coffes with sugar & creamer. I estimate them at about
30 kcal each.
Lunch
I had a very interesting appointment in the afternoon, so I had my
"lunch" very late - at 6.20. I had a Big & Tasty with
small fries, and they even had Coke light at the Restaurant! You may
notice from the receipt that I made it an Extra Value Meal (EVM),
but I had the small fries instead of the medium ones. Even though
they charged me an EVM with medium fries, it was still cheaper the
the single items.
Dinner
I had another meeting at 7. So I had dinner only at 10. I only had
4pc Chicken McNuggets. The idea was that I could stay at about 1.000
calories today and so make up for the 2.000 calories two days ago.
Calories
So today, I had only 1.043 kcal!
