Day 17 (81.3 kg - 20.0% Body Fat)

Weight and Body Fat
Mmhh... almost 2.5 kg weight loss and more than 4 kg fat loss. I am satisfied.

Breakfast
I worked long last night, so I had some single Chicken McNuggets occasionally to keep my stomach quiet. In the morning, three (of six) were left and I had them for "breakfast".

Lunch
For lunch, I granted me a Double Hamburger with small fries. Both were freshly made and delicious.

Afternoon Snack
I went so see a movie with my wife. As I felt a bit hungry, I tried an apple (55 Kcal), to see if it would fill me sufficiently. Well, I didn't feel that full, but the effect may be slightly better than one single Chicken McNugget (ca. 50 kcal).

Dinner
We went to see "Yawn - The Movie". Oops - sorry, the title of the movie was not "Yawn", but "King Arthur".

Tranquilized we left the theatre and found a place to have some kind of dinner: the McCafé at the Shaw House. I had a Chunky Chicken and a coffee with milk and sweetener, to wake me up again. Later, I had the remainder of my wife's Cheese Cake.

Calories
As there's no nutrition information available for the McCafé items, I have to estimate. I give the Chunky Chicken 500 calories. One website says that a Starbucks Cheese Cake has 650 kcal. I'll deduct 50 calories for my wife's bite and assess it 600 kcal. Ooops - this totals about 2.000 calories today! Evil Cheese Cake! I hope I assessed the calories too high.
