Day 16 (82.1 kg - 20.0% Body Fat)

Weight and Body Fat
Oops... above 82 again! But my body fat is steadily decreasing: -4.1 kg in 2 weeks! Together with the weight loss of -1.6 kg at least I can be sure that I really lost fat and not only water.

And while the idea of having only McDonald's food becomes not exactly more exciting to me, I am very satisfied with the results of my McDiet so far. Meanwhile, I can see and feel the differences. I feel more fit and energetic.

Well, one could say this is more due to the running than due to the McDonald's food. But what I find interesting is that I can quite easily stay at 1.500 calories per day - even with exercising - while the recommendation for me is about 2.500 calories per day. So someone just dieting and not exercising should be able to stay at 1.500 even more easily and lose weight steadily.

Breakfast
I ran 7 km this morning. Unfortunately, I didn't have an Apple Pie to eat before, so I had the remaining Yoghurt. I think it's easier to run in the afternoon or evening, as then the stomach is filled and the body is hydrated. 

But as my priority for the evenings is spending quality time with my wife, I rather take the "pain" of running in the morning.

Later this morning, I granted me the Big Breakfast. With 2 coffe creamers, 2 sugar stickpacks, and two margarine pads! After all, I'm half way through my McDiet! Together with the yoghurt, this totals 985 calories, 2/3 of my intended daily intake... I'll see how hungry I'll get later...

Lunch
As I had only about 500 calories left after the big breakfast, I had to go for low calorie, "protein packed finger food"... Fish McDippers... I was very curious if I could manage to stay below 1.500 today.

Dinner
6 Fish McDippers again. I felt really hungry when I came to the restaurant, but the McDippers kept me full, and so far (11 p.m.) I feel no need to have more.

But to be safe, I took away one Hot Apple Pie (for tomorrow's running) and 6 McNuggets.

Calories
This totals 1.517 calories. I consider that "about 1.500".
