Day 15 (81.6 kg - 20.5% Body Fat)

Weight and Body Fat
Day 15 - I'm almost half way through. I've lost 2.1 kg of weight and 3.8 kg of body fat. This morning, I even saw my stomach muscles moving under the skin. I felt so motivated I did some more crunches.

I also ran 5 km. I didn't have anything in my stomach, but in future I should have my apple pie again before I start.

Breakfast
I had the remaining 6 Chicken McNuggets without sauce, and later the Low Fat Strawberry Yoghurt. I still have one yoghurt in the fridge, can't remember when I bought that one.

Lunch
Lunch! Today, I granted me a Big & Tasty. For my German friends (and Pulp Fiction fans): this seems to equal a "Royal TS" with Cheese. This one was freshly made and so hot - I could not hold it first. The Big & Tasty used to be my standard choice at McDonald's before I embarked on the McDiet. Because it's the biggest burger they have. And before the McDiet my principle was: Make it big! (Well, at least I stopped always upsizing some time ago.)

I have to confess that today and yesterday I thought positively about the time when I'll be able to eat something else again... for some moments. Oh - that's why I had an Orange Juice today with my Big & Tasty. But interestingly, Orange Juice - and Milk also - seem to have as many or even more calories than the same amount of Coke! I was very surprised to learn that.

Though this was an exeptionally big meal for my new standards, it didn't keep me full for long. I suspect, somehow one gets hungry more quickly after a big meal than after a small meal...

Dinner
As for my daily 1.500 kcal goal I had only 322 calories left and I felt quite hungry, I made full use of them by opting for a Cheeseburger Deluxe (325 kcal). And this time, I felt full longer...

Calories
After the last paragraph, you may already have calculated that I had 1.503 kcal today.
