Weight and Body Fat
Hmmm... up again at 82 kg. Within the daily bandwidth, I would
say. BUT: my body fat seems to be at a new low: 18.5%, that'd be
15.2 kg and a loss of 5.3 kg. Well, probably much of this is only
due to a "lucky" measurement. The measured body fat
percentage seems to be quite unstable... Anyway, I'm still satisfied
with the weight results.
Breakfast
For breakfast, I had the remaining 3 Chicken McNuggets (I eat them
without sauce when they're cold), and later a Low Fat Strawberry
Yoghurt.
Lunch
At 4 p.m., I had a 535 Calorie meal: a Cheeseburger Deluxe (325
kcal) plus small fries (210 kcal).
Dinner
At 6 I had an Instant Milo during a meeting. Fortunately, the
nutrition facts were printed on the sachet: 140 kcal. On day 13, I
had another Milo, and both times later I noticed something like bad
breath. I won't have the Milos again.
Later this evening, I
had another 500 calorie meal: a McSpicy Double.
Just in case, I took
away 6 McNuggets and a Low Fat Strawberry Yoghurt. The staff was
very kind and proactive: I had with me some papers from the meeting,
but no carrier, so they offered me an extra bag for the papers. A
big "Thank You" to the staff from McDonald's at Hougang
Central!
Calories
Meanwhile, I aim at about 1.500 kcal per day. Today I had 1.412.
