Weight and Body Fat
OK - back at 81.8 again. I am satisfied. I noticed that my face
looks a little less "chubby" (I would not say that I used
to have a chubby face), and I have been told so also.
What's even better: If
the weight loss continues at this pace, I'll be able to reach my
weight goal - less than 80 kg - within the 30 day McDiet.
Breakfast
I had the remaining 3 Chicken McNuggets. Kept me full for quite a
long time.
Lunch
At 5 p.m., it was time for a Quarter Pounder with Cheese again! I am
still not sure which one I like more: the Quarter Pounder with
Cheese or the Double Hamburger. Maybe I should have both at the same
time to compare...
Dinner
This time, I went to get some food before I started running.
I had the Hot Apple Pie and a Milo (bought at a supermarket, but
also sold at McDonald's in Singapore) as an "energy foundation"
and then ran 7 km. Later, I had 6 McNuggets.
Calories
This adds up to a total of 1.412 calories today.
