Day 12 (82.0 kg - 21.0% Body Fat)

Weight and Body Fat
OK! Slight gain of weight (0.2 kg), but I think this is within the natural bandwidth.

Breakfast
I really would like to try the Hotcakes for breakfast once, but again, I did not feel hungry during the morning. And they only have the breakfast products till 11.

Lunch
Sorry for having nothing more exciting, but I only had a Cheeseburger Deluxe for lunch. I realized that I don't even need the fries as a aside dish.

Normally, of course I would order at least the small fries, but as long as I want to lose weight, I'll not eat more than necessary.

Dinner
Did I just mention that I wouldn't eat more than necessary? Well, maybe I had a little more than necessary this evening...

First, I had a McSpicy Double. It's the premium burger with the least calories (504 kcal).

Today, I bought new running shoes. This is an own story... I need US size 13, but the shops in Singapore usually only have up to size 12, as the Asians are smaller than Caucasians. (I am 1.90 m.) But today I found one shop where they had one model in size 13. As they only had this one model in my size, even the ugly orange color could not keep me from buying them.

Of course, I had to try them immediately. I only intended to run a few rounds at Punggol Park, but with the new shoes it was so easy that I managed to finish 10 km again.

While I was running, I noticed two things: Firstly, I got hungry, and secondly, my McDonald's would probably be closed when I'd reach home.

So I found myself already wondering, if having the roll of potato chips that I still have in my cupboard would be spoiling the McDiet approach. I mean, as chips are probably unhealthier than McDonald's food, having the chips would not ruin the proof that one can survive on McDonald's products only...

But when I reached home, I noticed that it was only 10:56 p.m. The nearest McDonald's closes at 11. So I grabbed my wallet and sprinted the 380 meters to the restaurant. Soaked, I got there. And luckily, it was still open. The friendly people there offered me the whole product range, even though they were already cleaning up.

Well, and at that moment I may have ordered more than necessary. I had one Hot Apple Pie on the spot and took away 6 McDippers plus 9 McNuggets and another Apple Pie they had fried especially for me. (Thank you again!)

Back home, I had the McDippers. But as I did not put away the bag with the temptingly smelling McNuggets - I also had 6 of the 9!

Calories
Well, the great thing about that is, I was sure I would not exceed a reas
onable calorie intake. I mean my recommended calorie intake per day is 2.500, without running! I only had 1.645 kcal today, which is still ridiculously little. I could have had another premium burger and still would have stayed under my calorie recommendation, even if I hadn't run.

I really have to say, it's amazingly easy to stay below the recommended calorie intake with McDonald's products.
