Day 11 (81.8 kg - 20.0% Body Fat)

Weight and Body Fat
Wow! Almost 2 kg weight loss and 2.6 kg body fat lost! I also notice that my pants loosen.

Breakfast
With this great motivation, I had the cold Pineapple Pie I kept yesterday, and ran 10 km. While yesterday's crunches probably had no effect on calorie burning, they gave me some pain in my stomach while running today, as I haven't done crunches for a long time.

I also found true what I had expected: if I run longer distances, just drinking water is not enough. It may be okay and reasonable for calorie burning purposes, but if I want to extend my running distances, I'll need some energy drink like Gatorade. As they sell Gatorade at McDonald's in the US, it may be considered a McDonald's product, although they don't have it in Singapore restaurants.

Lunch
Again, though I had been running, I felt hungry only late, and I found one Cheeseburger Deluxe with small fries sufficient.

Dinner
Strangely enough, I didn't need much for dinner either. 6 Chicken McNuggets and small fries were enough.

Calories
Today I had only 1.295 calories.
