Day 10 (82.6 kg - 23.0% Body Fat)

Weight and Body Fat
Ha! The weight loss continues! 1.1 kg weight loss and 1.5 kg loss of body fat so far!

Breakfast
Today, I increased my running distance to 5 km.

I believe my body has switched to fat burning. I not much need to eat. Once more, I skipped the breakfast.

Lunch
Today I noticed that they do not only have Double Hamburgers, but also Double Cheeseburgers. So I had one. As they don't provide the nutrition flyers at "my" McDonald's, I estimated its calories later.

I found that I prefer the Double Hamburger to the Double Cheeseburger. All the Cheese with the Double Cheeseburger somehow covers the taste of the two beef patties.

My research on McDonald's US nutrition web page lead me to the estimation that the Double Cheeseburger has about 480 calories. Which is almost the calories of a Quarter Pounder with Cheese (530). So I'd either go for the Double Hamburger (110 kcal less, great beef taste), or the Quarter Pounder with Cheese (530 kcal, great taste).

Dinner
As my current goal is to lose weight, my strategy is to eat only when I feel hungry, and basically eat only as much that I would not feel hungry afterwards. So for Dinner, I had 6 Chicken McNuggets. Later, I felt hungry again and had 6 Fish McDippers (without sauce). The Fish McDippers are the lightest product you can have at McDonald's, if you spare the fries and desserts, which may be considered less healthy than this "protein packed finger food" (the description of Fish McDippers and Chicken McNuggets you find on your tray liner in Singapore McDonald's Restaurants).

Even later, I had another 6 Chicken McNuggets and a Hot Apple Pie. I kept the yoghurt for later.

The second pie on the receipt - a Pineapple Pie - I kept for tomorrow morning, when I want to run 10 km. I'll need something sweet in my stomach for that.

Oh, by the way - the weight loss motivated me to exercise some crunches for my tummy.

Calories
Today I had 1.586 calories.
