Weight and Body Fat
At last! My weight decreases! I've lost 0.6 kg!
But that's no suprprise
to me. Even with McDonald's food only, if you eats less than you
burn, you will lose weight.
Breakfast
As I had finished my antibiotics yesterday, I thought today I could
try running again. So I did, but merely 3 km, to be sure that I
won't overdo.
Once more, I didn't
feel hungry in the morning, so I skipped breakfast. I'd really like
to try the hotcake breakfast, because I've never had it before, but
I'm going to wait till I feel hungry early enough.
Lunch
At 12.30, I still didn't feel hungry, but as I was near a McDonald's
anyway, I tried the McChicken. Actually, I can't tell how it was,
because I didn't notice it. I was reading the Straits Times while
eating, and I noticed nothing particular about the McChicken.
Usually, I do not go for the McChicken, and today reminded me why.
To me, there's just nothing special about this burger.
Well - later I noticed
that the McChicken has 510 calories. This is probably due to the
mayonnaise and the breaded chicken. I would always prefer a Big Mac
or, even more, a Quarter Pounder with Cheese. The have 20 calories
more, but they are really great burgers to me.
It's hard to get the
small fries as soon as ones compilation looks like a "meal".
Because if you order a burger plus fries and a drink, they will
suggest to make it a "value meal" - which makes it cheaper
for you - and give you the medium fries, wich have 110 calories more.
I mean you wouldn't have to eat them all, but for calorie counting I
insist on the small fries ("regular" ist the official
McDonald's term).
Afternoon Snack
Since I tried the Double Hamburger on day 5, I wanted to have it
again. So this afternoon, I had it again, and again it was delicious!
Dinner
I had 6 Chicken McNuggets for dinner, and later enjoyed the Low Fat
Strawberry Yoghurt.
Calories
According to my estimations, today I had a total of 1.548 kcal.
