Weight and Body Fat
Today's day 8, so let's see
the result of one week on a McDiet! Interestingly, my body weight
does not differ, but it had increased and decreased during this week.
When it comes to body fat, it seems like I have lost at least
1 kg. Apparently I've replaced the fat by water, as I would not
claim a 1 kg gain of muscular mass.
I just noticed that if
it would be possible to lose the same amount of body fat over the
next 3 weeks and to get the water out of my body somehow, I could
achieve my "below 80 kg" goal within the 30 days. But I
don't know if that's a reasonable assumption, and I wouldn't mind if
it would take me longer.
Breakfast
Again, I didn't feel hungry during the morning, so I skipped
breakfast. I didn't even really feel hungry at midday.
Lunch
I lunched at the McDonald's Bugis Village, but it was hard to find
one at all. This area seems to be BK (Burger King) territory. I
passed two or three BKs before I found the McDonald's, and the BKs
are much better exposed that the McD.
I had the Filet-O-Fish
with small fries. The receipt says it was medium fries, because it
was the Filet-O-Fish meal, but I told them to give me the
small fries anyway.
The Filet-O-Fish is the
least attractive burger to me so far. For my likings, it is too
soft. If I can have a Double Hamburger with nearly the same amount
of calories, or even a Cheeseburger Deluxe with less calories, I'll
always opt for one of the latter two.
Oh, they have Lemon
Coke light at Bugis Village :-)
Dinner
I wasn't really hungry but wanted to make sure that I wouldn't get
during the next few hours, so I had a single Cheeseburger Deluxe at
Plaza Singapura at 7pm. Later at 10 or so, when I felt hungry again,
I had the Low Fat Strawberry Yoghurt I had kept two days ago. Calories
It's amazing, without really starving, today I only had a
Filet-O-Fish with small fries, a Cheeseburger Deluxe, and a Low Fat
Yoghurt, and this only adds up to 1.063 kcal.
