Weight
and Body Fat
OK, below 84 kg again! The body fat seems to have become much
less (-3.0). But let's see how this develops over the next 3 weeks...
Breakfast
%&*@! The cold is back! Don't feel like exercising this morning!
But after a late Sausage McMuffin with a hashbrown and a coffee, I feel
better!
I realize that the
hashbrown does not appear on the receipt. But I swear I had one.
It's the Sausage McMuffin with Egg Meal for S$ 5,
chunked into their system.
Lunch
I went for another tasty 500 calorie lunch - this time, it was 6
Chicken McNuggets (290 kcal) plus small fries (210 kcal), with Thai
Sweet Chili Sauce and a mineral water. (I know the sauce could
contain extra calories. Bu firstly, I wouldn't mind, and secondly,
maybe they are already included in the 290 kcal of the "Singapore"
Chicken McNuggets. Why? Because these sauces seem to have about 50
kcal and 6 "American" McNuggets have only 250 kcal, but
the sauces are separately mentioned (which I prefer).

Yoghurt
Today, I realized that in fact they have Yoghurt on the menu
on "my" McDonald's, in opposite to what I wrote yesterday.
Or did they just put it on the menu today? Anyway, I asked for the
yoghurt.
Apparently, the crew wasn't prepared for this challenge!
"My" crew member started looking in different and remote
niches and cupboards. Then, she asked another crew member, who did
the same. So they told me there was no yoghurt, but in the same
moment someone said, there is! But eventually, there was none!
The bad thing was that this took quite some time, and my McNuggets
were already on the tray. And you now what happens to McNuggets if
you don't open the box quick enough: they get soft. So I
thought %&*@, no yoghurt, and my McNuggets get soft! But
eventually they were quite good.
You may notice that it
was quite late for a "lunch", but as I intend to lose
weight, I don't want to eat before I'm hungry.
Dinner
In order to get 1.800 - 2.000 kcal per day, today I still can have
something BIG. First, I thought of an McFlurry (570 kcal). But later,
when I was hungry, I just didn't feel like. I thought of having The
McDippers with fries onve more. Eventually, I had a McSpicy Double
(504 Kcal), as I thought if I'd run tomorow before breakfast, it
would be good to have something not too small.
The McNuggets on the
receipt, I kept in the fridge just in case I'd get hungry later.
