Day 2 (84.6 kg - 24.0% Body Fat)
Weight and Body Fat
Ooops - my body weight has increased by 0.9 kg since yesterday. I guess as I got up only late yesterday, my start weight was unusually low. And then I drank lots baceuas emy throat felt dry. Grrr... this will follow me through the whole McDiet! At least, the body fat seems to have decreased. So I guess the gained weight consists of water only.

Breakfast
Today I was going for the Big Breakfast! Well - what they call "big" here in Singapore. The hashbrown was tasty! As they don't offer sweetener here, I drink my coffee only with whitener (2pks).

Lunch
Got some extra exercise (500 m walk) as I had forgotten my wallet and had to get it from home ;-)
I wanted a 500 calorie lunch, so I went for the McSpicy Double. Mmmmhhh...freshly prepared, hot, cispy and spicy! I even got a cup of plain water for free!

Dinner
Again, I had Fish McDippers for dinner, this time with small fries. I also got a yoghurt that I kept for later. They don't offer these yoghurts at my nearest McDonald's. Would be a nice addition to a breakfast.

(Note: In Singapore, the sizes are regular - medium - large. So, when I refer to "small" fries, they will appear as "regular" fries on the receipt. The meals come with medium fries unless they are upsized.)

Midnight snack
I worked quite long to built this website, so after midnight, I felt hungry again and ate the yoghurt. Tasty and a healthy opportunity to get some fruit (strawberries).
