Day 1 (83.7 kg - 24.5% Body Fat)

Weight and Body Fat
Mmmh! 83.7! That's 2 kg less than the 85.7 I got one and a half days ago when I testet my new scale! But the body fat confuses me. I used to have 15% or below! I doubt that 25% of my body consist of fat! But the settings o the scale seem to be right... strange!

Breakfast
Oooh... I woke up with a bad cold, sore throat, and could not speak. I omitted breakfast... What a start!

Lunch
I managed to order McNuggets with medium fries without being able to speak... In the newspaper they had an article about "Super Size Me" and McDonald's efforts on the issue of healthy nutrition. It said there were apples available at McDonald's in Singapore now. And right... there was a basket with apples with a sign next to it, saying "Grab an apple!". The tray lining was also about healthy lifestyle. There they recommended to supplement the meals with orange juice.
Well, as other people super size their meals when only asked, I thought it is only fair to do what McDonald's recommends, so I grabbed an apple and ordered an orange juice ;-)
Probably, I will not have apples again, as they were only introduced after "Super Size Me", so it would not be fair. Then again, don't they have fruit bags in other countries?

By the way - the receipt mentions an apple pie instead of an apple, but I guess it's only a trick to get the apples into the system.

Afternoon
I had a 250 ml pack of Milo. I had bought it at a supermarket, but it's a "McDonald's product" according to my definition as Milo sold at McDonald's restaurants in Singapore.
